The recording we used is from the cast recording of the revival of Chicago. The singer is Bebe Neuwirth. Here is the spectrogram:

The fundamentals, which fluctuate near to B4 -flat pitches, are essentially invisible (inaudible) in this spectrogram.  Instead of straight tones (no vibrato) she is singing the lyrics "All," and "That" with tones that begin initially straight and then "explode" into vibratoed tones.  The frequency spread on the vibratoed tones is so large that there is a clearly audible wavering of pitch.  This exploding vibrato is also discussed in the Louis Armstrong example in Chapter 5.    The passage shown begins at 4:47.   You can listen to it on Spotify:
